In case of damage, we will arrive at the scene of the accident in order to inspect your vehicle directly on-site. If the damaged vehicle is roadworthy, the inspection can be effected in our office. There is a lifting ramp and mature inspection technology available. During the inspection you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or a cold refreshing drink. Alternatively, you could look over the assessors shoulder during the inspection.
As a matter of fact, not roadworthy vehicles will be inspected at a place of your choice instantly or can be hauled to our office (incl. parking service). According to the extent of your order and the result of the first inspection, we are able to adduce evidences or furnish a brief opinion in case of minor damages or we compile an expertise for liability- or full comprehensive collision loss.

Here you see a simple practical example:

	The picture shows an externally undamaged Nissan Primera. According to the advice of the owner there was just a moderate collision without any damages.
	The result of the inspection was: 1. a damaged rear bumper 2. damaged rear closing panel and damaged trunk bottom - over 3.500,- € costs of repair - about 400,- € depreciation - 5 days time of repair
